Refund policy

We want you to love your Duchess and Daisy purchases. If for any reason you’re not totally satisfied you’re welcome to return or exchange online purchases, provided –

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must notify Duchess and Daisy of your intent to exchange or return within 14 days.

What can I return?

  • Returns are for any items purchased within 7 days of purchase as long as the items meet our return/exchange policies.
  • There are no returns on sale items. ​
  • Items are returned in original box packaging.
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, in new unused condition with original packaging and tags still intact.
  • Lingerie has only been tried on over your own underwear. 
  • No further markdowns can be applied on exchanges.
  • Returns must be received by Duchess and Daisy within 21 days of their original delivery date.

Duchess and Daisy have the right to refuse returns that are not in perfect/new condition.

The following CANNOT be returned:

  • Hosiery – If opened.
  • Sale items.
  • Latex, candles, oils 
  • Briefs and Bodysuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact.
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered, stretched and washed items.
  • Marked items including make up, tanning products.
  • Toys and Bondage items, in any condition, due to hygiene concerns. 
  • Gift Card sales are FINAL and cannot be refunded for monetary value.
  • Any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded by Duchess and Daisy once your order is sent. 

Duchess and Daisy have the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above terms. 

How to return an item.

  • Should you want to return an item to us, please ensure it meets the above conditions.
  • Please email us at info@duchessanddaisy.com or via our contact page and we will advise of how to return/exchange and make note of return/exchange. Postage is at customers expense.
  • Refunds for returns will be issued as a credit note redeemable in store or online, and valid for three years.
  • Shipping is not refundable. Duchess and Daisy cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit, so we recommend sending your items with a registered/ traceable and/or insured service.
  • Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable. 
  • Duchess and Daisy will cover the cost of shipping only once per sale for exchange.

Duchess and Daisy reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender.

You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a credit.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. 

We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Duchess and Daisy will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Please allow 5 business days for a return/exchange to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Duchess and Daisy. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Duchess and Daisy account once this transaction has been processed.  

Have you received my return?
If you have sent your parcel back and have not yet received a credit or email confirmation please follow these steps:
Enter your tracking number on the Australia Post website. If Australia Post tracking says that it has arrived safely, please allow up to 5 business days for your credit to be processed.

Your credit note will be emailed over to the nominated email address at the time you placed the order. Check your junk/spam folder for the email.
