Shipping policy


All orders are hand picked and packed by our fabulous employees, stock is made sure to be in perfect order and packed with care before postage. Orders from Duchess and Daisy are packaged in the collection of packaging being used at the time of purchase, which can alternate between luxe boxes and high quality bags. So wether you are gifting yourself or someone else the purchased items are ready for presentation. Then are placed inside a discreet mailing bag for postage.



Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Tracking numbers will be advised after order where applicable. Deliveries are processed immediately upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Duchess and Daisy.
